Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (name, email), content you create or import (source posts, generated posts), connected account metadata (platform, handle, account type), and usage data needed to operate the product (workflow configuration, publishing history).
OAuth tokens and API keys
Access and refresh tokens for connected platforms, and any AI provider API key you add under Bring Your Own Key, are encrypted before being stored and are only decrypted server-side at the moment they're needed to make a request on your behalf. They are never sent to your browser after the initial connection.
How we use your data
To operate the product: publishing to accounts you connect, generating platform-specific content using the AI provider you configure, and showing you analytics for posts you've published. We do not sell your data.
Third-party platforms
When you connect X, LinkedIn, Medium, or Substack, those platforms' own privacy policies also apply to data you share with them. Disconnecting an account in Amplibee revokes our stored token but does not automatically revoke authorization on the platform's side — do that from the platform's own app settings if needed.
Data retention
We retain your content and account data as long as your account is active. You can delete individual posts, workflows, or connected accounts at any time, or request full account deletion from Settings → Security.
